NKO Dental became a client of Oversee Dental in the summer of 2020. At that time they were producing and collecting around $40K per month. The doctor was netting about $120K per year from the practice. He couldn’t put his finger on what the issue was within the practice and why he was only bringing home 25% of his overall collections. He started working with Oversee Dental and soon realized that many of his overhead numbers were not where they should be. His staffing costs were running close to 35% and his dental supply costs were in excess of 10%. After spending some time studying these issues he realized that some of the issues involved poor overhead management, while some of the issues around staffing involved under-producing and a poor sales process. Over the next year the practice implemented systems to solve these issues along the sales line and overhead management process. The practice was able to increase production to $900K in 2021 and reduce overhead to 60%. These changes have resulted in a net increase of $420K per year or $35,000 per month!!!!
